hi Alex ! i’m up to 35 fish this year, catch up if you can !!!
there’s was another beautiful one yesterday that was about 65cm but it slipped from my hand when i tried to photograph it…
they’re loving the cold water and fighting and jumping like crazy
all on size 16 ‘streamer-nymphs’ (just like an average nymph but the tails and legs are replaced with marabou)
keep well buddy,
marc
i’ve always counted fish (when i don’t forget to… ) and keep a record book on everything i can remember.
but that doesn’t mean that a ten or fifteen fish day is better than a one fish day.
a ten or fifteen fish day sometimes is average, but too many it may become boring and a single fish day sometimes may be a triumph! you see, its not easy. otherise they would call it simply catching!
cool Marc, i feel rusty. no fly fishing for me since 31.12.12 , hooked the last fush for the season – a fit bow escapee on the chalkstream.
